After meeting you at a central point in Aveiro, I will introduce you to this beautiful coastal city , ending at the local market to find some fresh ingredients to cook our lunch, followed by a tasting of some special appetizers in a great local bar.
We will than be heading to your private kitchen to learn how to make a special traditional dish and of course after all that work, enjoy the meal paired with a glass of our best Bairrada DOC wines, once you will be in the heart of Bairrada Wine Region (our "champagne" wine producer).
For dessert, enjoy a tasting of the most famous local sweets "ovos moles" (soft egs) and learn how these traditional conventual sweet eggs became the iconic delicacy of Aveiro!
